Physician shortage throughout the province mean the holding of job fairs that bring recruiters and soon to be practicing physicians together, with some communities offering incentives to would be recruits as competition increases. </p>
<p>This is the time the many communities that suffer from the lack of doctors visit other places to offer jobs hoping some residents might want to work for them. The usual places that hold job fairs in November are Queen&#8217;s University, the University of Toronto, the University of Western Ontario and the University of Ottawa.
